Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Ticket exchanges must be made 24 hours before event date. Exchanges can be made by emailing ESPACtickets@ga.essd40.com
General Policies
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEO RECORDING: The Excelsior Springs Performing Arts Center has a strict no photography or video recording of any kind while inside the auditorium and during the performance.
NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES: For the consideration of the performers and fellow audience members, the use of electronic devices while in the auditorium is prohibited.
BOX OFFICE: The box office will open ONE hour prior to show time; doors open 30 minutes before show time.
LATE SEATING: For the safety of our cast and crew, late seating will not be allowed after the posted curtain time. Please allow time to arrive, pick up your tickets (if needed) or show your tickets at the door, and find your seat prior to curtain.
FOOD AND DRINKS: The Excelsior Springs Performing Arts Center does not allow any food or drinks within the auditorium.
INTERMISSION: The following production may include a single 15 minute intermission. Please refer to the program provided at the door for further information.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Excelsior Springs Performing Arts Center).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
